Bulgarian Bags are by far the best training tool for grip strength, if you have never heard of this training tool and live in Vegas we use these all the time. If you don't live in Vegas, Google this product and buy one, best $120 you'll ever spend on a fitness tool that will actually help you, unlike many other products. Tim is using the 37lb bag and Ted has the 26lb bag, working their tails off for 1 min and 20 sec!!

For those Spartans racing in 100* degree temps in Temecula this weekend, here is something I do to keep my water ICE COLD for at least half the race. Also, if you can buy an insulated tube this will help keep your water cold. You'll need to freeze two 17oz bottles of water and a knife to cut those bottles open to put them in your camelbak, watch the short video to see how it's done...

Squat, pick up the rock, throw the rock, one push up, and repeat for 200 meters. Nice full body exercise...

Sit-ups with partner in push-up plank position and doing leg lifts(get those butts down guys)

Finishing up the Mt Charleston workout with a few hill sprints with squats and burpees added in...

Squat and presses for one team and sled pushes for the other team, three rounds of each for both teams and then finished up with an easy timed half mile run! Nice job guys!!
