Here’s what they’re looking at:1️⃣ Inflation: You've noticed prices going up, right? The Fed wants inflation to come down. It's still higher than their target but trending in the right direction.2️⃣ Job Growth: The Fed is looking for job growth to slow down, signaling a cooling but strong economy. Fewer jobs created recently is actually a good sign.3️⃣ Unemployment Rate: It’s low but rising slowly. The Fed might want to see it go up a bit more before lowering the Federal Funds Rate.New numbers are rolling in, and experts predict a possible mortgage rate cut by half a point in September. We might also see cuts in November and December, but it all depends on the data. Mortgage rates are tough to project, and the Fed doesn’t directly control them. But for everyone hoping for lower mortgage rates, the economy seems to be moving in the right direction. Stay tuned for more updates!

Currently, 155 homes are pending sale, reflecting sustained demand for high-end properties. The average time on the market is just 52 days.Year-to-date, 980 homes have been sold for over $1 million, with an average sales price of $2,062,000. Notably, 48 homes have sold for $5 million and above since January 1st, averaging at $8.2 million. Over half of these transactions were made in cash.The most expensive home sold last month was a breathtaking custom home in the Summit Club, which fetched $15,750,000. This was followed by an $8.5 million sale of a brand new home in Ascaya. These impressive stats underscore the ongoing strength and appeal of the luxury home market.Current market conditions offer incredible opportunities to capitalize on the lucrative luxury real estate landscape in Las Vegas.
