Communities in Schools Western Nevada is hosting its 8th annual ‘Fill the Bus’ event! This school supply drive aims to support over 10,000 students within Washoe County School District for the upcoming school year. Some priority supplies for students are: - Backpacks - Pencils & markers - Notebooks - hygiene products (deodorant, body spray, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) - Art supplies The drive will conclude with a final drop off event at Sam’s Club (4835 Kietzke Ln) on July 26, 2024 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Drop off locations can be found in the “Happening” highlight in our bio.
