Integration is a space for us to make sense of our psychedelic experiences. Together we can share our journeys, share perspectives, and take steps towards bringing our revelations into our lives and creating value around them.

In our gathering:

✨We will be partaking in the plant medicine sacrament of Camellia sinensis, better known as tea. A variety of teas, green, black, oolong and white teas will be served in the traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony style.

✨We connect with others who “get it” and create community around our common experiences.

✨Explore techniques, strategies and resources for somatic work and bringing us into our bodies.

✨We contemplate new habits and methods around our revelations and bringing your new understanding into your walking life.

I look forward to gathering with you, sipping tea, guiding you, learning from you and creating community with you.

About your host:
Niki Sligar has been working with plant sacraments for over 8 years. Her experiences and training in the areas of psychology, integration, trauma, depression, self-mastery, healing circles and her own self discovery provides a loving and supportive container for her community.

Saturday, Dec 16th, starting at 4PM, Najib and his sister Hiba will be teaching medicine music, how to embody and create magic through connection in a ceremonial setting. All are welcome to join. It will be taking place at HIBS YOGA. Bring whatever musical instruments/drums you’d like to deepen your connection with. We’ll be creating together and putting them all to use in song. 🙏🙏🪶💫
