Avoid bending your wrist and rack the kettlebell like you mean it! You have two bones in your forearm, the ULNA (pinky side) and the RADIUS (thumb side). Because it's more stable, you need to put as much weight of the kettlebell as possible onto your ULNA. This is done by reaching under the handle from a 45° angle, wrapping the pinky first, followed by the ring finger, the middle, then the index and the thumb. Your wrist should be straight when holding the kettlebell.
