Our first brunch at Thirty’s
(4433 St Rt 30, Latrobe) was such a success

Thank you to all our loyal patrons and new faces we saw today as well as all the great compliments on our menu and food pairings.

As always all made from scratch. Churro bread, brioche bread and cinnamon rolls from scratch always.

My Fabulous Staff at Thirty’s

is proud to announce Our Full menu is back today, Oct 25 @4 pm.

We have our updated menu ready to go. Thanks to my family for assisting in its preparation and to my Loyal Staff for helping get it ready. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it ready with the events that have happened over the last several weeks, but my family and staff made it a point to step up and help

We have a few new additions.

Not only do we have the best hot peppers cheese balls but we are now making cheddar cheese balls featuring lanes cheddar cheese.

Now for the best part. We are now doing our own sausage and introducing our new sausage sandwich. You choose mild or hot
As well as a meatball hoagie.

Come check out the other items we have added and a few other changes.

We will be working on a entree menu that will change per season

My original post is noted below, however with some recent events and the passing of my Mother,
I need a little more time to break out our new FULL MENU.

We will be rolling out all the old favorites with some new additions (new pasta sauces and additional cheese balls for those that prefer a less spicy cheese) just to name a few changes more to come….on Friday, Nov 15th

Bringing back a few old favorite cocktails ( liquid s’mores martini) as well as adding a few new cocktails created by our daughter, Lindsay’s

This post is hard to write. I asked earlier for prayers to help my mom with her struggle. Your prayers have help her transition to her everlasting life.

I forgot to post for national daughter’s day. I am so lucky to have 4 beautiful, confident, loving and helpful daughters.

I also have 2 daughter in laws while they may not be biological they are also my daughters

What a beautiful wedding Cavallo Fields yesterday.

My son married his best friend and soulmate Abigail.

It was an amazing day and the love was flowing.

Everything was perfect

Welcome to our family Abby.

My last child of six to marry. The Gruss family is complete except for the many grandchildren to follow.

No more closing Thirty’s (4433, Latrobe) for a wedding

We recently catered the wedding of Anne & Bloom

The bride was beautiful, I especially loved her foot ware although I didn’t get a photo of her beautiful tennis shoes with their gold glitter. Taylor was handsome and one of the calmest grooms to date.

Mr & Mrs Michal we’re a pleasure to work with and had one of the largest cookie displays to date.

The menu consisted of some traditional wedding food from our ethnic area. Halupki (stuffed cabbage) mini pierogies both prepared from scratch in house at Thirty’s (4433 Latrobe). My Chef Steph rounded out the menu with a delicious banana peppers stuffed with our own house made sausage, & beautiful charcuterie boards.

The cake was a spice cake with an apple compote as well as matching cupcakes.
The bride requested apple crisp and pumpkin pies, so to work I went and created individual apple crisp and pumpkin pies. 
Completed with our full bar service and all inclusive white glove catering

We wish the new Mr. & Mrs Taylor Bloom a life full of longevity and happiness. Thank you for choosing us.

August 19th we celebrated our daughters wedding and she chose to marry on our 34 th wedding anniversary. We were even able to get a picture with Father Fred whom married us.

We welcomed Kyle as our sixth son.

This Saturday we will welcome Abby as our sixth daughter to our family as her and my baby boy Evan marry. My family has grown exponentially and continues with all the grandchildren to come.

My mom just celebrated her 81st birthday

This was a great day and we are looking forward to Saturday. I just wish time would slow down a little it comes and goes by so quickly
