5 Daily Steps to Inspire Change within Yourself

1. Avoid “zero" days at all costs.
Strive to do at least one tiny thing that brings you
closer to your goals every day.
2. Laugh daily. Keep some funny jokes or pictures to look at that just make you laugh. Laughter is healing and good for your soul.
3. Read every day. (Stay in God’s Word!)
Reading can pave the way to so much more
knowledge, empathy and a better mindset. Do it.
4. Move your body daily.
Exercise (movement) brings with it an endless list of benefits that will literally impact every single area of your life. Find something you love to do and it won't feel like another thing on your to-do list.
5. Change to way you think about yourself.
Here’s a goal for you: become best friends with your future self. Keep your future self in mind when making decisions - Be aware of the impact your thoughts have. Change the way you think about yourself and watch yourself change for the better.

Sometimes it just takes someone to help you see things in a different light.

There's a saying that goes "hurt people will hurt people" But I really never hear the opposite.
"Healed people will heal people"
Get healed, then go heal!

Sometimes we have to battle our fears as we learn to trust God for the first time or again. So as you face your fears one by one and work through them with the Father, don’t be ashamed of being afraid. Pressing through your fear and choosing to trust God despite that fear, is how you grow.

We've all experienced times in our life when we just want to give up, to quit. Nothing seems to work, nothing seems to help. You feel stuck.

Its easy to get discouraged when things don’t work out the way you expected it to. But God doesn't want us to get stuck there. He wants us to keep moving forward so we can fulfill His purpose and truly enjoy our lives.

God’s word says in Jeremiah 29:11 (MSG) I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out - plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

God has an amazing life planned for us, but too often we allow the enemy to steal our joy
causing us to lose our focus.

The devil would love for us to believe that, "this situation is just impossible”, “there’s no hope left”, “I've made too many mistakes," "There's no way to get past the mess I have made of my life," "I'm too old," or "It’s just not my time.”

Trust and Believe these are ALL LIES.

The truth is this: Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you've been through, it is never too late to change your story!

Healing doesn’t have to look magical or pretty. Real healing is hard it’s exhausting and draining. This is your reminder that we’re all a bit messy and everyone has something they need to work through. ♥️ Allow yourself and others some Grace space.

Everyday is a New Day. A Fresh Start.
The next step is up to you. How are you going to move forward?

Life is hard and at times really sucks. We go through things that we think no one else has or we beat ourselves up for all the if onlys, should haves, or would haves. Storms and trials are not going to end while we are here in this life BUT GOD. God’s word is a promise over our lives it’s a game changer.
God’s word holds all the answers you just have to go in search of your questions.

One of my questions- How do I go on?
Love is how you get through.
Love yourself, love others.

Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection,and take delight in honoring each other.

Every day is hard when you’ve lost someone close to you but Holidays are especially hard.
If your dealing with something this Mother’s Day this post is for you. I want to tell you that I see you and I care and I’m sending my love and prayers to you.
You know, grief doesn’t come and go in an orderly timeframe. Just when we think it’s ok, and the pangs of anguish have stolen their last breath, another wave sweeps in and we are forced to revisit the memories. But we are not lost to grief. God is our comforter Revelation 21:4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Listen, Grief is a part of healing and so I want to say to you, be good to yourself, don't grieve alone and there's not a time limit on your grief journey. You are all AMAZING mother's and I know your moms and your babies, big and small, here and gone are very proud of you. Remember this, especially today! All my love, ❤ Kimmie

When the enemy asks me Kimmie what are you doing? I answer him-
Exactly what the Lord told me to do.
I'm trusting in Jehovah Jireh (the Lord my provider) because he is El Shaddai. (Lord God Almighty)
My Adonai. (Lord, Master)
Yahweh, (Lord, Jehovah), please hear my prayers. You are Jehovah Raah (The Lord My Shepherd), Guide my steps father. Jehovah Shammah (The Lord Is There) remind me that you are always with me. Elohim, (God) I come to worship you. I come to worship.

Praise your way through that storm. Teach others to do the same. ♥️

Someone needs to hear this today.
Having a failed relationship is not a reflection of your worth. You are not flawed because this relationship ended.

Here’s a reminder, You are stronger than you feel. Don’t lose hope. Your not seeing this by accident it was brought to you on purpose to remind you God is still with you and he is making a way for you.

Every day is a battle for some of us! Don’t let the enemy steal your joy! Don’t listen to his lies! You CAN do EVERYTHING through Christ who strengthens you! 💋♥️

I hope you live a life you're proud of, and if you find you're not, I hope you have the strength to start over again.

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must but take the step!

How do I live without them?
Grief is like the waves of the ocean it comes and goes and sometimes knocks the wind out of you.

How do I go on?
One day, one hour, one minute, and one second at a time. Know that doing things as simple as maintaining conversations with others, especially those not affected, can be emotionally draining. Give yourself time to adjust, and focus solely on your most bare, basic needs until you are ready to handle more. Allow yourself some grace space, this means give yourself some time to NOT be yourself. You've suffered a loss and your heart hurts. Everyone with no exceptions handles things differently. Allow Grace for yourself and others.

When the time is right and as you regain your emotional strength, reach out... Whatever this looks like for you, send or accept the text, call or visit.
Everyone's life circle is different but you are not alone in this process. Honor your loved one by taking care of yourself, those closest to you, and allowing yourself the space and resources necessary to heal. ♥️

Do you feel alone?
Loneliness is a complicated feeling and with everything you’ve been through I imagine it can feel like you have a huge hole in your life.

In case your unsure, God doesn’t want you to be alone or feel lonely. I want to remind you today that God works through people. God provides the ultimate comfort. In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, Paul writes, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

When you feel lonely, call or text someone your close to, talk to them and even if this is hard at first as you talk it will get easier. Set up a coffee date or a meet up, so that you can see people that mean something to you. Don’t be afraid to seek out professional support, if you want to talk about your loneliness and how to remedy the situation. Even if your afraid, Do it afraid!

Remember that the Bible says He will give you rest, He heals the brokenhearted, and He binds up their wounds, which means He is FOR YOU and doesn’t want you to be alone.
