I'm so 2000 & late releasing the August schedule. LaPorte has been heavy on my mind lately. I have been a regular monthly vendor for 2 years now and made a LOT of customers turned friends. I'm afraid tomorrow may be my last day here 😞. I'll miss y'all! So swing by tomorrow. All earrings will be on sale.
I'm excited to try the Galveston Island Market coming Sept. It's closer to my house but also getting to work on the Island makes me really excited. I'm a salt water soul 💯.

I'm working on a late summer/early fall collection right now. It's the first collection I've worked on since the Strawberry Festival. I can't tell you a lot, but I can tell you it's gonna be good!

Due to 🌀 recovery efforts are underway at Independence Park. We will be relocating INDOORS at Pearland Recreation Center. Enter through the back door parking lot for direct access to the market.

Big news, Friends! As we're returning to some kind of normalcy after Hurricane Beryl, I wanted to share some exciting news with you!

After my last boutique experience, I knew I'd never want to be in someone else's boutique again. Coming this fall, Midnight Clay will have it's own store!

Working on my first butterfly cane. This process is really neat. You build an image vertically and then slowly squish it, reducing it to any size you prefer.

I made time for clay yesterday. I made something for myself for the first time ever. A wall hanging with all of my childrens' birth flowers.
Someone asked me if I'd rather plan events now or continue with Midnight Clay. First, I should note that I haven't made a dime from the . I created an event because I saw a need for it. A place where makers and artists are appreciated. I've done pops ups for 2 years and there's one I've been at for almost a year, every single month, and they still don't even care to say hi to me, let alone know me by name.
You get herded around, market to market, looking for a pop up that hits all the boxes. Disappointed by your $150 in sales but you keep going back because you meet such awesome people, whether they're shoppers or fellow vendors.
I want both. I do not see me losing passion for polymer clay. If anything, I'm just getting started.
