We need your help! We would greatly appreciate your help, whether through donations of new shoes and socks, sponsorships to purchase these items, or by sharing our campaign with your networks.

As we prepare for our upcoming Back-to-School Carnival for foster families on August 24th, we are reaching out to our community partners for support. Our goal is to collect 200 pairs of new shoes and socks to provide to children in our community, ensuring they start the school year on the right foot.

This time of year one of our top requests is bikes! Could you help us get bikes for these siblings?

My passion for foster care and the children impacted by this system is no secret to my friends. While we often discuss the challenges and heartache of foster care, today I find myself reflecting on the countless children we have welcomed into our lives over the years. From those who have become part of our family through adoption or guardianship, to those who have reunited with their biological families – each child holds a special place in our hearts.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words... I understand I can't save every child, but I am committed to ensuring that every child in need of a loving home finds one.
Recently, I witnessed the incredible support shown on social media for a young man's widow and children. The community's swift and overwhelming financial assistance surpassed all expectations within hours of the fundraising launch. It's heartwarming to witness such solidarity. While foster care might not make headlines like the tragic loss of a young man, the ongoing support for these children remains crucial.
With nearly 900 friends here, imagine the impact if just a fraction joined me in transforming foster care in our tri-county area.
