It is FINALLY time for the FINAL day of the giveaway! 🙌🏼
Our ringing in the New Year with a 12 day giveaway ended up turning into a 16 day production LOL Thank you all for being patient! 🤣 We are truly so sorry for the delay. Between kids being out of school, church, and the craziness of being moms, our final day was delayed.

We are Heart & Hand Co. I, Autumn, and my partner, Tay, started this small shop in October of 2023. We had been talking about opening a shop for quite some time, but we were very nervous. Our craziness we call life is filled with children, jobs, and animals, and we weren’t sure how a small business would fit in. We ended up biting the bullet and going for it. Along the way, we have hit some speed bumps, but boy, what we do is so rewarding. We offer an array of items, such as bracelet stacks, crochet goodies, hand embroidered crafts and stickers. We have big plans for 2024, and we are SO excited to share them with y’all! Thank you to all the friends, family and supporters we have met along the way! 🤎
