Public service announcement. This is not planet fitness. This is not New York fitness. This is not the YMCA. We are not personal trainers looking to steal your money. We are the tried and true best and honest way to get in shape. We are here for the people that want to work out and want to get better. Nothing is stopping you from asking questions because unlike other gyms we do not require a contract or money up front. You will not find a more honest gym then ours. Send a message to see if this is right for you. No hard feelings if it's not.

Memorial Day will be our traditional Murph workout. Start times will be at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Bring a weight vest if you plan on going RX. (14/20) lbs. There will be a self-guided warm up on the board for you too utilize before we start. We will also be having a little bit of a potluck lunch afterwards. Feel free to bring your favorite covered dish for treat, or nothing at All. For those of us that are new, there are definitely scaled versions of Murph fo you to consider. We typically allow other interested friends and family to drop in for this workout as well for a $10 drop-in fee

Don't wait till it's too late. We have weekly CrossFit and Ladies Bootcamp classes to help you with your fitness goals. What's your excuse this week?

This Memorial day we will be doing our traditional "Murph" challenge in honor of our fallen soldiers. All athletes and community members are welcome to join. Non members can pay the drop in fee. Start times at 9a and 10:30a. The workout will be a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run, all done consecutively. The workout can be modified for any fitness level.

I'm pretty sure that's a 245 lb. Overhead Squat by our own Tommy Takemoto! This kind of performance cannot be found at Planet Fitness.
