Va Fury Platinum Dooley 16U A level travel softball team- preparing players to be great players and great humans!

Crazy heat/humidity at Top Gun Nationals in South Carolina, but these girls dominated. They went 6-0, made ONE error and gave up ONE run through the first 5 pool play games while playing their usual incredible defense, and took down a talented team in the final 9-5! Two tourney wins in a row and three of our last four- so proud of this group.

Not the normal explosive offense for our Fury, but when your pitchers walk just THREE batters all weekend across 36 innings (!) and their always incredible defense has 45 assists (!!), you end up winning a 14O USA tournament anyway, capped off with a championship game complete game shutout (!!!) by Syd7! Great TEAM effort! 💪🏻🥎

Big congrats to Larissa, Riya, and Adrienne on being nationally ranked in the top 500 for all 2026 grads by Extra Innings Softball! So many big things to come for this group. This team now has 6 nationally ranked 2026 and 2027 players, with no doubt more to come!

Va Fury Platinum Dooley won the 14O VA State tourney this weekend, winning the championship 14-4. Several home runs, great pitching, and great defense (SS/2B combo handled 47 chances and made ONE error all weekend!) led to six wins in a row to take the title. Great job, ladies!

These girls battled this weekend- 9 games over three days is a heck of a test to start your season, and these ladies took 3rd out of 31 teams. We fell just short of the championship game we’re always striving for, but lots of good things to take from this weekend- great things in store for these ladies this summer playing for coach Pamela and coach Sarah!
