🌿🪴🌱🌿Cold weather alert🌿🪴🌱🌿

I had some one reach out to me regarding a plant and I noticed some of the leaves were starting to brown. It was sitting pretty close to a window and with the dropping temps lately the plant was trying to say “HEY I AM COLD”.
I don’t think we realize but our plants get cold too! And just like we wouldn’t want to sit next to a drafty window… they don’t either! So make sure you are moving your window plants at least a foot away to protect them from fridged temps but keeping them close enough to still get sun!
If all else bring in a full spectrum grow light, to help keep them warm over the next coming months!

-Please wait about two weeks before replanting, so your plant will have time to acclimate.
-IN PERSON PICK UP- plant will come in a 3-inch nursery pot.
- FOR SHIPPING- plant container is completely compostable and can also be planted.

One of the biggest questions or concerns I get asked about is watering your plants.
What are the dos and don’ts, “how often do I water my plant” and “say what!?! It needs filtered water??”
This is the most challenging thing people seem to face with their plant. Watering your plant correctly can make or break it!
My rule of…. Well pointer finger… is make sure the soil is dry up to your first knuckle on your pointer finger before watering again. This is a common practice for simple to care for plants but doesn’t work for everyone. Cactuses and succulents are plants that thrive on neglect so DON’T WATER THEM!! Only water once a month if that!
But to also help you, here is a great visual guide I found! And of course as always reach out to me if you have questions! I am always here to share my knowledge with you!!
