Cherry Almond Flavor... So tonight I made a dessert with chopped, dark sweet cherries and a touch of lemon, surrounded by a Cherry-Almond Ganache with a hint of cherry vodka, encased in a chocolate shell and finished with a mirror glaze. Thanks for looking!

Surprise Orange Desserts:
Orange filling with chopped oranges & clementines with a splash of Triple Sec, surrounded by an orange/vanilla mousse with a white chocolate shell! It tasted similar to a Creamsicle... Thanks for looking

An unusual flavor combination: This mousse cake, from the bottom up is as follows: Vanilla Sponge with lime zest; topped with a lime cream cheese mousse, then a brightly flavored lime/white chocolate mousse. The tan layer is a white chocolate avocado mouse (rather different --but mild and mellow due to the white chocolate and it compliments the lime and kiwi flavors...). On top of that is the kiwi mousse layer and a kiwi confit/gelee with a touch of mango puree. Of course, I really think my dad would have enjoyed the leprechauns and the rainbow ribbon... Also (not shown) were banana cupcakes with dark chocolate ganache... Now to get back to my crumb cake = thanks for looking....

So now we have a very flavorful cake: Vanilla, Mango, Passionfruit Blueberry Cake. This is a vanilla sponge soaked with a mango syrup. Working our way up, next layer is a vanilla mousse, the orange layer is a mango/passionfruit mousse (heavy on the mango flavor), the a lovely shade for the blueberry mousse with a blueberry gelee. The topping had blueberry whipped cream, fresh blueberries, mini mangos cut into hearts and PEEPS... Mitch kept asking what they were looking at (LOL). Thanks for looking

Okay - still working on my flavor profiles: Today, we have a Pistachio Raspberry Chocolate Cake. The bottom layer is a brownie, flavored with fresh lime juice and lime zest; working upward, we have a pistachio mousse layer, on top of that is a dark chocolate raspberry mousse layer (with fresh raspberries inside. Next is a raspberry mousse, then a vanilla mousse, topped with a raspberry/lime gelee; decorated with a raspberry/cream cheese frosting, chopped pistachios, fresh raspberries and pink sugar pearls -- Yummy !

This is my Triple Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake; The bottom layer is brownie; next is a dark chocolate mousse, followed by a milk chocolate mousse layer. On top of that is a white chocolate hazelnut mousse with a dark chocolate mousse on top of that and finished with a dark chocolate ganache. The cream decorations are hazelnut and the flowers are modeling chocolate. Done! Thanks for looking.
