We are back to the normal lesson routine now that school is back in session! I'm so happy to see all of my students again!

Just a reminder that the month tuition is due at the beginning of the month (the first lesson of the month). If you know at the beginning of the month that you cannot attend one of the weeks, I do not charge you for that lesson (paid in advance). Cancellations that happen less than 24 hours will not get a makeup lesson or credit.

I do have to be a little more strict with this as I have been at my location 3 years already and my rent is increasing. While I'm not raising my rates, I do need to make sure I am collecting lesson money on time!

As of today, masks are not required at The Music Box! However if you would still like to wear a mask - please do!

If you would prefer that I wear a mask during instruction, I will! Whatever your preference is works for me!

I want all of my students and families to feel safe - whatever their decision on masks are!

We have an air filter that runs during all of the lessons, and each student is asked to wash or sanitize their hands before/after lessons! The piano keys are cleaned after every lesson!

I have two 3/4 violins available for rent! Generally as children grow, they gradually move into next size string instrument until the “full size” instrument.

It depends on the child’s arm length, etc but a lot of children ages 9-12 are ready for a 3/4 size. Message me for more info!

Thank you for practicing! Practice at home makes each lesson productive and ensures growth, accountability and development!

My younger students have a practice chart in their note book that parents sign. For each five day practice week the student completes, they are entered to win a prize at the end of the month!
