Upstairs of this house flooded ruining the lvp in some areas. Tore up old lvp, some subfloor and gave them brand new City Gray Porcelain tile. Used some Schluter trim as well for an awesome looking transition onto the lvp!

Gave our client an upgraded kitchen floor from an old beat up ugly linoleum to a new Italian designed tile!

First time we’ve done herringbone luxury vinyl planks and I just don’t understand why more people don’t want this! This floor turned out amazing!
