2. Schedule Your Worry Time:

Yep, you read that right. Worry time is officially on the agenda! Rather than letting those nagging thoughts take over your brain at random moments throughout the day, set aside a specific chunk of time—let's say 15 minutes—in your schedule to worry to your heart's content.
