This duplex was purchased and in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything was a problem and needed replaced: all new electric, all new plumbing, cabinets, drywall, insulation, fixtures, flooring, landscaping, etc.
We are in the homestretch to complete the vacant side of this duplex. Can’t wait to post the completed photos in a couple weeks after flooring, fixtures and final touches

This ranch style home had no curb appeal, choppy floorplan that was broken up by an interior brick wall, only one bath and 5 different floor types.

We opened up the floorplan, updated the kitchen with new cabinets, new kitchen layout, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, LVP flooring though the main areas, added a second full bathroom, moved the laundry from the garage to inside the home, and so much more!

This one we plan to get on the market in the next week or so!
