Rainbow kale:
Vitamin A (important for eye and bone health and a strong immune system), vitamin C (aids in cold and chronic disease prevention), and vitamin K (good for blood clotting and bone building)
Folate, a B vitamin that’s key for brain development
Alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. (Although kale has far less omega-3 than fish, it’s another way to get some of this healthy fat into your diet.)
Lutein and zeaxanthin, nutrients that give kale its deep, dark green color and protect against macular degeneration and cataracts
Minerals including phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and zinc

Blueberries: Antioxidants protect your body from free radicals, which are unstable molecules that can damage your cells and contribute to aging and diseases, such as cancer. Blueberries are believed to have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all common fruits and vegetables
The main antioxidant compounds in blueberries belong to a family of polyphenols antioxidants called flavonoids.

Chia seeds: Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They may improve digestive health, blood levels of heart-healthy omega-3s, and risk factors for heart disease and diabetes.

My son had chronic acid reflux he was addicted to spaghetti. Acidic foods triggered the inflammation. Acid would be in his throat, hiccups would last for a whole day, he was miserable. It was so bad he would break out in hives! A desperate mom took action, got disciplined because I understood I was raising kings I refused to watch them suffer, I did my own research: the medicine made it worst and was a temporary fix. I switched to organic tomato sauce until I weaned him away a little, organic ground turkey until I transitioned to lentils ( to much meat was a trigger) (rotated substitutions). KICKER OF BEING A BEAST MOM. I added SLIPPERY ELM ROOT POWDER in the spaghetti.
