Exercise is Medicine-On Campus Kentucky is a student organization at the University of Kentucky.
Our goals are to: 1) inspire students to make movement a part of daily campus culture, & 2) connect university health care providers with exercise specialists

In President Oswald's speech to the University of Kentucky board of trustees in 1968, the "Nature and Purpose of a University" was that, "teachers and students must be permitted and encouraged to investigate and theory, challenge any premise, engage in political and social debate, and express their dissent - without jeopardy to their academic careers." He then went on to conclude that the most effective organization is to codify educational policy-making into the hands of the content creators (faculty) not the president.
As faculty at the University of Kentucky fight for their voices to be heard in shared governance, I urge you to pay attention to what is happening and how this could affect the freedoms of education.
The University of Kentucky Women's Club Volleyball is hosting an all-skills camp fundraiser on December 2nd at the Seaton Center. This is a great way to get some repetitions in and refine your volleyball skills.

When I have a hard time getting motivated to work out, I look for something good to listen to. Sometimes the same music can get boring, so here are some of my favorite podcasts! I love true crime, so Morbid and Crime Ju**ie are perfect for that. Stuff You Should Know and Ridiculous History are silly, and This Podcast Will Kill You is super interesting and usually had ti do with how diseases originated.
