Hello all, we have been a bit absent from social media with the Father's Day weekend. We hope everyone had an beautiful weekend like we did here in Lexington, KY! So getting back to business, we had a series last week where we took my grandma's old knife from the kitchen drawer and we sharpened it up. Wow, the results were amazing! Watch how well this knife handles a tomato going from a 531 score to a 107 (almost a double edge razor sharpeness)!
