I am so happy for my clients 😍 They have been wanting to build for over 2 years and now their dream is a reality.

The framing started last week and my crew is moving right along. Here are the elevations of their custom home. It’s 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with upstairs bonus room.

I was able to provide them with a new Kitchen plus add a coffee bar, pantry and mudroom area. They originally wanted a pennisula and to keep a dining room table. I think the island is more functional for the space. I’m so glad they agreed 😁

The moment everyone has been waiting on 😁Here are the interior pictures of the new construction house.

The Kitchen is for made for a chef. It features a 42” custom hood above the gas range, a large working island with a table, Cafe Applainces and a beverage bar. It has a 5 x 6 butler’s pantry for small applainces, microwave and freezer. The client used satin gold fixtures.

The Master Bathroom is a place to relax. It features a 4 x 4 tile shower with niches, freestanding tub, backlit mirrors, extra linen storage, his and hers sides at the vanity. The client used brush nickel finishes.

And I made sure there was lots of storage throughout the home with custom built-ins.

Organization is 🔑 in a Kitchen and this remodel has it all. I added a pantry, rev-shelf blind corner pullout, lots of drawers and made the island a table.

I used Timberlake’s Harbor on the perimeter and Boulder on the island.

My client requested built-ins in the Living Room which helps with the flow throughout the house.

Here’s an 1800 sq ft home that I designed a floor plan for, project managed and built.

I’ve been keeping this secret for 6 months 😬 Now the homeowners are waiting for the CO this week!

A wood tone mixed with variations of green!

In this Kitchen I designed it to have a wall removed. This allowed the cooktop, wall oven and refrigerator to be relocated. I was able to include a pantry, island and broom closet which the client did not have her previous Kitchen.

The cabinets are Timberlake’s New Haven in Maple Rye and Sage with white quartz countertops.

For this project we refinished the existing oak cabinets, built a custom hood, updated the countertops, added a brick backsplash and changed the trim color.

What’s your favorite? Mine is the different trim color. It’s amazing how paint can change a room 😍

This house went on the market last week.

Finishing up this bathroom! Every single inch of this space has been used 🙌

The homeowner needed a shower so we removed an existing linen closet to add one. Now the only bathroom has Master Bathroom vibes.

This Kitchen remodel will have it all! An induction cooktop with custom hood and floating shelves, tons of drawers, double trash can cabinet x 2, coffee bar and pantry storage for days.

Plus they added a laundry room and 2 bathrooms to be updated as well.

Master Bathroom remodel for a client in Ramseur!

They requested a rustic look and that’s what we provided. It features a chiseled tile, leathered countertop and barn wood LVP flooring.

A simple change of removing the wall between the vanity and commode area has opened up the space.

Building the house around the Kitchen 🔨

First time I’ve marked off cabinets while the house was being framed today. The builder ordered the cabinets on March 1st due to price increases and delays on materials.

This Kitchen will be Timberlake’s New Haven Painted Linen and Black. The client wants to use a satin gold finish on plumbing fixtures and hardware.
