It is really nice to not feel so bloated! That’s the first thing I noticed when I started my transformation journey! As I start a new week, I am super excited to share some of my achievements! First and foremost, I’ve lost weight! I’m down 7 pounds and it feels great. I can’t say enough great things about the supplement/program I’m doing. It’s so stinking super easy and I’m not miserable like most people on diets! My supplement helps reduce glucose spikes from food which in turn helps improve metabolism, reduce brain fog, increase energy & focus, and curb cravings. I DO NOT CRAVE SWEETS! Seriously! TRANSFORM UPDATE

Today is officially 1 month on transform.

For perspective…
I am 6’-4” and currently 252 pounds

This shirt was a little too short last month due to my belly, but you can see it’s just right today. I have fine tuned my diet and this supplement has made it really easy for me to stick to it. I am a zero cardio guy, but I love to lift. That said I have not been strict to my routine over the last month because October general has us running crazy with the kids. Here are some pros and cons.

👍🏼 massive energy
👍🏼 I get full very fast (see cons)
👍🏼 metabolism is up

If Mother’s Day is hard for you, I just want you to look at the heart I’m sending through this photograph and smile. Life is very short. Life is very precious. On Mother’s Day and every day, I hope you can put light, laughter, and love in a child’s life. Our children are the future and what an important role we should all have in helping them succeed for a brighter and happier tomorrow.
