Happy Friday Neighbors! Listen to what we have cookin...🤔 Chicken Bhuna on rice w/ roasted cauliflower Lamb Keema (shredded) on a piece of naan. We make this with our own Indian style pico de gallo! If you really want to make Biji laugh order a "naaco" 🌮 As always we have our 🍤 Coconut Curry and Spinach Balls available for self serve. Don't forget about the Mango Lassi and Ice cream! Tomorrow we will be introducing our 3rd main menu item! This one would make Popeye and all his sailor men proud 💪🏽. A Chicken and Spinach dish that's a family favorite and one of Biji's secret weapons in the fight against vegetable discrimination at the kids' table. We packed in 12 pounds of spinach (you read that right) so come see what it tastes like with rice and naan bread Of course it wouldn't be a Friday without our 🍤 Coconut Curry 🔥, we will have that in our lentil cauldron for you If you haven't tried our Mango Ice Cream yet give that a shot for desert 🍨 Come by anytime between 11am-8pm neighbors 👳🏽🙏🏽

Icepocolypse
Well that icepocolypse wasn't so bad. If you follow us on Instagram you know how much fun an ice storm can be with just a tupperware lid! The weather is going to be beautiful this week and the roads are good again so we will see you for lunch tomorrow ☀️ Namaste Neighbors 👳🏽🙏🏽

Chicken do Piaza
Its Friday the 13th, but have no fear 🍤 Coconut Curry is here! Every Friday from now on we will be introducing a new main menu item. Today we have "Chicken do Piaza" served with rice, naan, and sautéed broccoli. So check out this video of the cooking process and imagine how warm this steamy food will make you feel on this chilly afternoon. We'll be here until 8pm! 👳🏽🙏🏽

Biji's Best Logo
Turning an idea into something tangible can sometimes be difficult. The process of making our new logo was purely fun thanks to Alisha Marie and her new company The Mark Creative. It's amazing how far consistent communication can take you when trying to accomplish a common goal. All of us at Biji's Best are so appreciative and happy with the final product. You'll be seeing more and more of this logo as we update our signage! Now who's hungry? We have Black Lentils and Spinach Balls today. Stay tuned for what we will be doing tomorrow!

Introducing "Biji's Best"
Biji's Best is now officially open! We are a small Indian cafe, located inside "Suraj's Place" Valero Gas Station & Convenience store, on 56th Street just south of Pine Lake. However, this is not your regular Indian restaurant cuisine, rather we'll be serving comfort foods our family has shared over the years. Currently, from 11am-8pm we are serving Pakoras (a fried Indian Street food) and 4 different types of lentils with rice that will be in rotation throughout the week with a special dish on Fridays! If you know Indian families, you know how excited we are to share this food with the Lincoln Community we've called home for so many years.
