✅(Breakfast) Loaded Chickpea Flatbread: water, chickpea flour, salt, fav. seasonings. makes a watery batter that you fry like a pancake, just below medium heat, in olive oil. Top with scrambled eggs, avocado spread, bell peppers & anything else u desire! 🥑🥚🍳

✅ (SNACK) Raw broccoli, cauliflower flower, & tomatoes dipped in a homemade ranch-like dressing (see pic for ingredients, self explanatory) 🥦 🍅 🥦 🍅

✅ (Lunch) Avocado Salad made with a leafy green mix which includes baby kale, chard, and baby greens tossed in a homemade avocado 🥑 dressing, topped with boiled eggs and air fried chickpeas (see pics for all ingredients, THROW IN A BOWL & LITERALLY JUST MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER WITH THE GREENS, add mayo to make it extra creamy!) 🥗 🫒

🤔💭🤣FUN FACT: supposedly, when a bell pepper has THREE BUMPS on the bottom, that means it's a FEMALE pepper, and it's SWEETER than the male bell pepper which has four bumps on the bottom! I've tested it out myself and found that the 3 bump bell peppers are indeed sweeter! 😋... Babe u otta see me at the store in the veggie aisle turnin over EVERY bell pepper 2 see if it's male or female 🤣🤣🤣🫑🫑🫑

P.S. I chopped this tasty treat up with the yellow squash that you see in the background, drizzled it with olive oil, salt/pepper, stevia leaf extract, and chives and tossed it all in the air fryer! 😋
