A walk in customer satisfied. Customer came in and asked Vincent for the softest and plushest carpet.

Did you know there are different padding that goes underneath? Yeah I didn’t know until we had a store. If only I knew what I knew now. Ask Vincent he is better explaining 😂

Either or customer chose the higher quality carpet plus padding.
