The first 3 pictures show during the clearing process how water was standing. This is why we chose to dig a pond and elevate the entire home site to allow property to drain.
The following 6 pictures show us getting the property ready for the home site. We cleared a 4.5 acre tract. Then we had to dig a 3/4 acre pond to elevate the enitre tract 20 inches so that the elevations will allow drainage and not hold water.
