Today, we completed our fourth day at our summer youth wellness and mindfulness program, filling ourselves with energy and positivity. We started the day with fresh fruit smoothies and a dynamic warmup, followed by an exhilarating game of dodge ball and a revitalizing exercise. The day ended on a high note with an enlightening breakout session on self-worth, leaving us feeling uplifted and centered.
