Just a friendly reminder that May starts tomorrow!! Yay!! May is Mental Health Awareness Month- spending time with friends and trying new things is great for your mental health. Compeer Niagara is all about friends and trying new things! Over 20 Couch Kids tried oreos slathered in peanutbutter for the first time and the reactions were great- mostly shock that it was soooo good!! Give it a whirl and let us know what you think!! *For those who celebrate Mother' Day- its right around the corner too! Remember to be like Tommy and proudly give your mom a shout out!

We all know that hobbies and using our talents is an important piece of mental wellness- but who knew all the benefits of juggling?! Lol "According to science, juggling is great for maintain brain strength, reflexes, eye-hand coordination, stress relief, and increases neural connections". -AARP If juggling isn't on your list but music is- check out everything Tone & Design has to offer. We hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Compeer Niagara celebrated the gratitude of friendship with our Annual Harvest Banquet at the Wheatfield Community Center. Over 30 Niagara County residents came together for a delicious Thanksgiving dinner catered by the ever so wonderful Yubbs Restaurant. πŸ¦ƒ Attendees also enjoyed beautiful music performed by talented violist/violinist Sarah Higgins-Anderson.
