And that’s a wrap. Caroline did amazing at the championship. She scored in the top 20% for high school archers for both bullseye and 3D. Glad to see our senior finish her tenure with WGHS archery with great showing.
Now to look forward to next year with all of our amazing archers that have been apart of the team. Fingers crossed we have archers make it next year to the Championship in Myrtle Beach!!!

And that’s a wrap, 3D tournament has been completed for Nationals and all our archers did amazing. What a way to end the year. Big congratulations to Caroline Mixson for qualifying for the Championship in 3D with a score of 282!!! We can’t wait to see how you do in Daytona next month.

1st day at Nationals is complete!!! Archers did amazing at worlds and we have one archer, Caroline Mixson, who qualified to continue on to the World Championship in June for bullseye!!!
Now time to rest up and get ready for 3D.

What an awesome way to start the season with our first bullseye tournament. WGHS archery came out with a bang and are on a roll scoring 3061! Many more tournaments to come where are scores are sure to increase. Congratulations to all are archers on a job well done. And congratulations to our top three archers Kyler (282), Caroline(281) and Rebekah (270). Now to prepare for our next tournament in a few weeks.

We are so proud of Brannon Jones and Kyler Folds. They represented WGHS this past weekend by participating in the NASP Worlds Championship in Myrtle Beach. Both boys places in the top 25% for high school boys in the 3D tournament and Brannon placed in the top 25% for high school boys in the bullseye tournament.
Good job to you both! We are proud of you and what you accomplished this past weekend and can not wait to see how you, and the rest of our team, perform this upcoming season. GO WARRIORS!!!!

And that’s a wrap. 2023 NASP Nationals is complete. The team did amazing in all three tournaments. We have two archers who qualified to move onto Worlds in June located at Myrtle Beach. Brannon Jones qualified for both Bullseye and 3D, while Kyler Folds qualified for 3D. Kyler also came in 22nd in the IBO 3D Indoor World Challenge.
All of our other archers did amazing and we are excited to see how they do next year.

Live from Louisville, NASP 3D Challenge

The WGHS archery team participated in 3D National Qualifyer last night at LMS. They did an amazing job and have earned the chance to advance to Nationals located in Louisville, Ky in May.

Another fun night doing what we love, taking out 3D targets! The team did well and continues to improve their 3D score to at 1628 for the season.
Can’t wait to see how they do at state next month.

Wishing everyone a Very Merry Christmas. The team enjoyed their annual White Elephant Gift Exhange and some yummy cupcakes from Sassy Sweets Bakery.

Amazing first tournament of the season for the WGHS Archery Team. Everyone did an awesome job and the team is off to a great start with a score of 3155!
Now to get ready for Decembers Bullseye and 3D meets.

Nothing better than a good morning practice to get ready for our first tournament next week.

Day Two is a wrap, Nathan and Logan did amazing with 3D. Now we wait to see their final placement for the championship.

Back in Louisville, KY for the Championship with Nathan and Logan. They compete today at 2 pm for bullseye and tomorrow at 10:15 am for 3D.
