Forgiveness is not for the weak.
Persistence in the face adversity is a lifesaver when you feel like you are drowning. Adversity builds strength, wisdom, and character. Don’t be afraid of a challenge.

It is good to advocate yourself, it is good to express your needs, wants and desires. It is equally important to determine the right time and person who is willing to listen.
If you are not afraid of change you are not challenging yourself enough. Fear and anxiety are part of facing change. There are those you face these emotions and tackle what is in front of them and there are those that are paralyzed by their emotions. Reach out to a therapist to learn healthy ways of coping through these emotions.
Some relationships bring out the best version of us and some relationships don't. Make sure you like the version of yourself in this relationship.

How comforting it is to know we have a vindicator fighting our battles. We may have been wronged but we have someone writing out wrongs right. Our suffering, our injustice it matters to God. You matter.

Note to self.
Mental health can be scary for some people, its even scarier living with pain or difficulties you do not have to. You do not have to go at it a lone there are trained professionals hoping to support you.
. This for someone out there that thinks they are alone or feel lonely. God’s love will follow you any, every where, there is no space physically or emotional he will not follow you to provide you with love and mercy.
Sometimes we take on our abusive parents critical voices and that becomes our negative self talk. Break those habits by practicing saying positive statements to yourself.
