Stay humble/Be thankful
I try not to talk after every swing to see if my guys can fix it on their own. I can’t be with them 24/7 after all. This is a great example of feeling what he did wrong and fixing it right away.
That’s really what my job is. Teaching them how to fix mistakes on the fly. We are all human. Great job Matt!
