As an ADHDer we can get sooo excited. This fervor can lead us to unintentionally monopolize conversations. Although we do have interesting and insightful things to say, the most engaging conversations occur when there is a back and forth between speakers. Plus, how are we going to learn more fun facts if we don’t “pass the ball” and listen?!
