What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 200-250 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Grocery clerks are responsible to make sure the grocery section of the store is well-stocked and in order for our customers. The Grocery Clerk must be committed to customer service with a friendly personality necessary to handle customers’ requests. Grocery covers, all non-perishable items, dairy and frozen goods.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, however in this role to help with receiving hours may fluctuate as early as 6am, or as late as 10pm

Average shift length is 8 to 9 hours

Must be available to work on weekends as needed

Duties & Responsibilities

The grocery clerk assists in receiving, storing, and stocking of products while ensuring proper product rotation and quality

Assist with creating and build product displays

Ensure proper facing of products

Handle product damages and credits according to company policy

Become familiar with all store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items

Bagging groceries for customers at the front cash and performing carry-outs when needed

Maintain store cleanliness

Skillset Requirements:

Friendly and pleasant personality with exceptional communication and customer service skills;

Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less;

Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English;

Ability to work in a cold environment as required (fridge, freezer, etc.);

Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience:

On the job training will be provided

Experience working with people in a customer service environment an asset;

Job Overview:
