Taylor is from San Diego, CA and has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 10 years. He has his Bachleors Degree in Human Health and his Masters degree in exercise science. He is not just a trainer but also a published researcher within exercise science. Taylor has experience includes high-intensity training, body building, Olympic-style lifting, power lifting, rock climbing, archery, fitness nutrition. He works with people of all fitness levels and ages, 12 and over. He also enjoys archery, dog fostering, photography, rock climbing, and has two beautiful Belgian Malinois.
