For all our Los Angeles and SFV followers: Just found out that the Studio City rescue/store that copied/stole Lucky Pup Designs' name and logo just had all their 50 or so rescue dogs impounded and taken to the East Valley Shelter pending an investigation.
While we have no love for this unethical shop, this is terrible news, not only for their own rescues, but for the dogs that were already impounded there. This means that dogs that were already being held in that shelter will have to be euthanized to make room for their dogs during the investigation.
We urge anyone in the L.A. area who are able to foster a dog to contact the East Valley Animal Shelter. The dogs from Lucky Puppy will not be available to foster or adopt pending investigation, but the shelter's other dogs desperately need people who can take them in until they can be placed elsewhere. Their info is as follows:
