Happy Opposite Day!ππ Remember that shifting a negative into a positive is a vital talent to learn. The key to preparing for the question, βWhat is your greatest weakness?β β is to identify weaknesses that still communicate strength. I focus too much on the details. Being detail-oriented is usually a desirable thing, but if you spend too much time on the specifics of a project, it might be viewed as a weakness. Make sure to explain how you're improving in this area by taking a step back and looking at the larger picture. Example: βMy greatest weakness is that I occasionally spend too much time analyzing the finer points of a project. I try to improve in this area by checking in with myself regularly and refocusing on the greater picture.β #opposite #opposites #oppositeday #nationaloppositeday #oppositesday #interview #interviews #interviewtips #interviewready #interviewquestions #interviewprep #interviewing #interviewskills #jobs #careergoals #staffing #talentmanagement #candidate #candidates #jobsearching #resume #joblisting #nonprofit #nonprofitorganization #nonprofits #nonprofitlife #nonprofitsofinstagram #nonprofitwork #nonprofitorganizations #nonprofitorg
