The Sacred and Healing Power of Water There is ancient wisdom we call upon when we honor our ancestors and when it is done in a raucous paddle-out celebration on the waves, our souls rejoice. It is evident that Surf Therapy serves as a refuge from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. Having found relief from these, our mentees have spoken as one asking that we continue our surfing program throughout the year, and we need you to help us make this a reality.
