I WROTE A NOVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, it’s just the first draft, but this is huge for me! I hope you’re as excited to read this “undisclosed dystopian sci-fi” story as I am to publish it for you.

A lot of people have been looking for a place to go to move away from Twitter, so I’ve tried out a few. So far, I’m liking Hive Social the best! It feels like a good mix of Twitter & Instagram. See you there?

It’s not even about me.

It’s about the people in other states where they do not have access to abortion. For the children as young as 8 being forced to bear their pregnancy to term after rape/incest. For people now forced to explain to a panel of strangers how they were r***d. For the woman dying of an ectopic pregnancy while her doctor consults a lawyer to see if they can legally perform the procedure without being arrested. For the mom of three whose contraception failed her and she cannot afford another mouth to feed or to take the time off work. For so many more valid reasons.

I am grateful to live in California where my rights are protected, but if the Republicans get enough seats in Congress, Mitch McConnell will ensure the ban becomes federal law. We must keep fighting. For others and ourselves.
