Let’s talk COLLECTIVE TRAUMA for a moment: ⁣

Trauma is something we all have experienced-nobody's life has been free from impact. However, these last 2 years have been unique because while we’ve all experienced impact more than once in our lives: currently there is a collective trauma we are all undergoing simultaneously, worldwide.  ⁣
Trauma resides in our bodies, whether we are conscious of it or not, until we release it through movement. Your girl here was known for putting people through what would seem like unbearably long hip openers (& forearm planks)-& that’s because that’s where the sh*t lives my friends. Every traumatic experience we have had- whether we were 5 or it happened at 5p yesterday-lives in our hips.⁣

Honestly-as a yoga instructor I always prided myself on getting people to come up to me & say "Wow, I HATE yoga..but I LOVED that!"⁣

If you don’t know: I teach 30 Day Healthy Living Programs that were created to support and heal our gut. I went back to school & studied over 109 dietary principles after personally doing this program & experiencing a true transformation-& BECAUSE of how trauma resides in our bodies: I want to offer more.
