An independent film production company With a variety of projects upcoming, we're excited about the year to come. Making films is expensive. We need your help.

At Train Room Productions we are focused on providing film production services with the highest levels of integrity & professionalism.

Our goal is to pay the workers who make our films. The cast and crew that we have assembled is immensely talented, and deserve far more than we could ever pay them. Train Room Productions strives to make high quality films, and you cannot do that if you can’t afford to hire talented craftsmen. With crew and actors, there are dozens of people working on set and off, at any given time. Plus our PR and social media team who has worked tirelessly to organize all of the fundraising campaigns and promotions before there was any money in the bank to pay them. That's a lot of people, and, even paying everyone a little costs a lot. Additional production costs are of course silly little things like: insurance, location fees, permits, equipment rentals for camera, lighting and sound, clothes for the actors to wear, makeup to put on their pretty faces, props for them to hold, gas to put in our generator to make the lights work, food to put in our bellies to give us energy to shoot 12-hour days, consumables (tape, office supplies, light bulbs… maybe even sanitary items to keep ourselves from getting sick before the week is up) and more. Then, once the footage is “in the can” (as they say), there is a whole other list of post-production expenses including but not limited to: editing, color correction, musical score, festival fees, etc. Making AMAZING films is even more expensive. "The Cabin" will be the first of many endeavors for Train Room Productions, but only if we are successful in making the best short film possible, in order to show people what we can do.
