During a recent medical mission to Antigua, Guatemala, Dr. Ryan Osborne met a young woman with Neurofibromatosis involving the left face and neck. The tumors had reached a size that made her day to day life uncomfortable and impossible to to hide. She was taken to surgery to remove as much as the neurofibromatosis as possible without causing facial paralysis. Tune into TLC new medical series TAKE MY TUMOR to see Dr. Osborne manage some extremely difficult cases of neurofibromatosis.

The Osborne Head & Neck Foundation is headed to Antigua in July for a medical and impact mission. The medical team will be providing free head and neck surgery. After having an unsuccessful rhinoplasty that left Shelley with a hole in the septum of her nose, Shelley, travels from Charlotte to Los Angeles to have a septal perforation repair surgery with Dr. Jason Hamilton.

Season 4: OHNI Case Files - Episode 1: Guatemala Medical & Impact Mission After a two year delay due to the pandemic, the Osborne Head and Neck Foundation is finally headed to Guatemala City to participate in a humanitarian aide mission. The teams are divided into two groups, the medical and the impact team. The medical team will be providing free head and neck surgery to the people of Guatemala while the impact team will be renovating and restoring some recreational facilities at a children's orphanage an hour away. On October 1, 2017, the Route 91 Harvest Festival became the site of one of the deadliest mass shootings in modern day history when a man by the name of Stephan Paddock opened fire into a crowd of of approximately 22,000 from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel. 60 people were killed and 411 were injured by gunfire bringing the injury total to 867. Diane, a survivor of the 2017 Route 91 Harvest mass shooting seeks the help of Dr. Ronen Nazarian at the Osborne Head and Neck Institute to have her hearing restored after being shot in the face. Will Diane finally be able to close this chapter of her life and begin the road to recovery?
