Bells tolled today marking the 23rd year since the September 11 attacks on our nation. Reseda NJROTC and Reseda Police Academy remembered the lives lost during the attacks, the innocent civilians, and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice at the annual 9/11 Ceremony during lunch.
Cadet Commander Bibhabari Mohanty, PA Captain Mayeli Portillo, and ASB President Daniel Hernandez delivered memorable speeches, while our Master of Ceremonies Cadet Executive Officer Eliseo Garcia and PA Cadet Timothy Campos detailed the events. Cadet Master Chief Petty Officer Gabriela Carranza tolled the bells in honor of the victims and heroes during 9/11.
Our hybrid Color Guard team with exceptional cadets from both NJROTC and PA presented the national anthem as well.
Thank you for the teachers, staff and students for gathering together for the ceremony.
