Many times a room starts with one element that builds up into the entire design of the space.
This master bathroom design was built around this integrated sink with seamless extension of countertop.
Sinks are a highly underrated design element with a great deal of potential when it comes to making a statement. Try it too :)

Though obviously serving a very important functional purpose, staircases have the potential to elevate an entire house.
For a Contemporary home style a simple modern stair railing, instead of something more rustic or country, outfits the staircase. The black metal fabrication in our is sleek and grounds the white and light finishes found elsewhere in the open living space. Hints of black on the light fixtures, the front door, and the art tie in with the stair railing's color scheme.
