Elevate your summer snacking with Barbie-Q Sliders! 👩🍳☀️ Watch our #QuickBitesWithQuickChicks tutorial and make these delicious sliders at home using our Barbie-Q chicken salad. (Recipe below!) Ingredients 1 Large Quick Chick of Barbie-Q King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 1 jar pickle chips For the Coleslaw ¼ cup mayo 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon lime juice ½ teaspoon sugar 3 cups coleslaw mix Steps In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and sugar. Add the coleslaw mix and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half lengthwise to create top and bottom buns. Spoon Barbie-Q across the bottom layer of the rolls. Spread the coleslaw mixture on top of the chicken salad. Place the top layer of the rolls on top of the coleslaw. Using a food pick, top each slider with a pickle chip and serve.
