MORE FOR '24: Please consider helping Family Health Center-Phoenix this New Year's and purchase much-needed household items to formerly homeless individuals. At Phoenix Health Center in 2023 we provided over 4,200 of our homeless neighbors with health and supportive housing services. Our Permanent Supportive Housing team provides a vital service by helping end homelessness one person at a time. Many of our participants move directly from the streets into their own apartment and with donations like yours, we are able to purchase furniture and household items for homeless individuals moving into apartments. We request your support and appreciate it more than you will ever know. All donations are tax-deductible and you can make a donation by sending a check (made to “Family Health Centers”) to: Andy Patterson Family Health Center – Phoenix 712 East Muhammad Ali Boulevard Louisville, KY 40202 You can also donate online at https://givebutter.com/hearttohome and to learn more about our work or to become more involved, please contact 502-569-1670 or via email at [email protected]. Your gifts will be appreciated beyond measure. Thank you & have a happy, healthy 2024. #newyear #newlife #helpthehomeless

Happy Holidays!
A Christmas Eve Eve Message 🏠 Please consider helping Family Health Center-Phoenix this holiday and purchase much-needed household items to formerly homeless individuals. At Phoenix Health Center, 2023 was rewarding as we continued to provide over 4,200 of our homeless neighbors with health and supportive housing services. Our Permanent Supportive Housing team provides a vital service by helping end homelessness one person at a time. Many of our participants move directly from the streets into their own apartment and the holidays can be a difficult time due to financial hardship and lack of family support. With donations like yours, we are able to purchase furniture and household items for homeless individuals moving into apartments. We are also able to help spread holiday cheer by giving gift cards to clients in our housing program. For many of our clients, this will be the only gift they receive. We request your support and appreciate it more than you know. Please know that your gift will be appreciated beyond measure. THANK YOU!! Andy Patterson, PhD, MSW Director of Homeless Services #merrychristmas #happykwanzaa
