Also sleep after 35, most people don’t reach a good level of DEEP sleep in the night. Massage stimulates hormones that help you sleep. We all know sleep is SOO IMPORTANT for your overall wellbeing, and sanity.

Hello my lovelies! With summer in full swing. My hours will shift to opening at 3pm and closing at 7pm so that i can spend my days with my babies!! The increments between clients will be much closer so please be on time because i HATE cutting people short.

Any standing appt will remain the same. Anyone already scheduled will remain the same:).

Best mother’s day gifts are when you can lay in peace without any thought of children or husband needs just pure relaxation Or a CLEAN HOUSE!! If you need a last minute gift, I’ll be around today through the evening! Tomorrow i have a very limited window between 5pm and 6pm 🙂. If you cant afford to at this time then men clean that house, fold that laundry, wash them dishes and make your woman happy, happy, happy!

Most of you know I have been serving lubbock and shallowater as a free clinic for the past 5 months may 1st.

It was something I prayed about heavily! I truly believe God allowed me to pursue that to build my Faith and Trust in him. Finances were the altar of my life. I needed to release them to God.

Through these past 5 months I’ve learned a lot about my self and people!😂 I have had to 100% depend on God and his ability to use people to bless me. Putting finances at the bottom of my list.

To my clients that have been faithful and truly supported me and my family during this time thank you so so soooo much! My business would have shut Down without yalls faithfulness.

The reason for going back to charging is i just feel this season is over. I love massaging im passionate about.

Through people that have truly abused the free clinic, I dont care if i recieve nothing but i do care if people come in weekly get 90 min. And give 0,5,8 bucks that’s hard it has torn down my self worth, it has also started to root bitterness in my heart. I DONT want to be bitter when i serve the lord. I DONT want to be bitter when i serve you! I believe this is why after much prayer again and debate on how people might judge me. I believe its time to go back to charging what i am worth! If I don’t take this step i know eventually i would step away fron massage and i really dont want that.

So if i lose some it was a pleasure serving you and to those that stick with me! Praise you and praise God thank you for being so faithful through my many changes!

If you are having difficulty getting in with me or our schedules just aren’t aligning. I have met sweet tiffany, she shares the same Godly values as i do. She loves what she does and she does it as a servant to the lord as well.

I know when you have a massage therapist its personal and its hard to want to go else where and believe me i love you all. I wouldn’t want to lose any of you. Buut it is good to have more than one. Especially when Your regular is out of town, sick, or again schedules just aren’t aligning. Plus we all massage different! She may be able to help in areas i can’t!

So again if you are struggling to find a time that works for you with my availability. Look into seeing tiffany. She’s pretty awesome!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am back home now from Hawaii it was wonderful!!! I will be back in office tomorrow. I had a lot of missed calls and messages while i was gone. I will do my best to get back to everyone. If you don’t hear from me please shoot me a new text so i can get back between clients.

Prayed about it and God opened the Door this bad boy is in production for the next 4-6 weeks and then i will have it about a weeks after its finished! So excited to have this and to truly help my body and my clients with comfort and mobility:)!!!!!

Have your kiddos? Not a Problem I have several of my own. And several mommas brings theirs. I’ve got you covered! I’ll make them a nice cozy pallet on the floor and we can lock the front door so nobody can get in with your precious babies! They can sit in comfort while you escape reality.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced sore legs like today!!! My table was at thw lowest setting and i forgot my chair in my car so i did a 90 min massage with the normal lunges and squats that we do. Buuuut on the neck and feet i was in a full blown squat for 10 min on the feet and 15 on the neck that was rough!!!!

But hey at least i know i still got it! I dont need no chair!! But i sure love it !

Cancellation policy in AFFECT!

Due to my recent schedule change i will no longer be able to afford forgiving 24 hr and or same day cancellation. My policy is 48hr before appt. So that i have time time to book another client.

If you are in the 24 hr window you will be charged the full amount of the massage. This wasnt an easy decision because i love yall and i want to be forgiving and flexible but. I have to feed my babies and still have fun! So it’s with great sadness that i must do this Thank you all for understanding.
