Private office in a shared office building. Door has keypad lock for privacy of your things. Office is furnished with desk and chair or we can remove our furniture so your furniture can be brought in. Shared foyer with coffee, tea, and water provided. Shared areas with fridge, sink, microwave, and bathrooms. High speed internet and all utilities are included. Six other offices are occupied and occupants are present about half of the working hours in a day (and are on job sites the rest of the time). Children are allowed occasionally, but not on a daily basis. This space is professionally cleaned every two weeks.
Minimum lease is 6 months. Security deposit is $300 and is refundable when office is vacated at end of lease and is in rentable condition. Call Jo at 806-778-9600 to learn more.

Wrangler Rentals is hiring for a new position in make-ready’s and maintenance! This job is a manual labor job. This job will start out part time but will eventually (within the next year) become a full time position. This position would be perfect for someone just coming into the career field or someone looking to start a new career. This position will require painting, sheetrock repairs, light electrical repairs, light plumbing repairs, demolitions, yard clean ups, and more! The applicant must be tech savvy and be able to use email. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and detail oriented, someone who takes pride in their work and works well with others, someone who is punctual and is somewhat knowledgeable in the field, someone who can take direction well and has a creative mind.
