We are a few weeks out from our first games of the season! All players, coaches, and volunteers must sign a Code of Conduct form before participating in our games. You can fill one out on-line at https://www.neshl.org/code-of-conduct-liability-waiver. Or you can download the form, sign it, and send it to your team manager to send into the league for you.

We are looking for folks to participate on our Roster and Waiver Committee for the coming season. We’ll be starting this team up in August so if we can get folks to commit soon that would be great. More than one person from a team can be on the Committee, or the person could also be a family/friend willing to help out. Please send me a note and I will send you the role description.

The NESHL is looking for Guest Teams for it's 2024-2025 Season. If you would like to play a weekend or more against some of our league teams then please contact Mike at [email protected] for more information.

We'll have a limited number of NESHL Sweatshirts, and a few Jackets, for sale at $50 each this Friday and Saturday at the Flyers Training Center in NJ. Stop by the reception table if you are interested in purchasing one!

As a reminder to all our teams, we will have sandwiches and chips on Friday, and pasta and meatballs on Saturday. All are welcome to come have a quick bite from approx 11:30AM until around 3PM. We'll be in one of the facilities function rooms.

Northeast Sled Hockey League Tourney At East Haven Ice Rink: Mayor NESHL approached the Town about using the newly renovated rink for its division kickoff event set for this weekend. Officials are thrilled.

Our 2023-2024 Season is about to begin!
This Saturday we will have Atlantic Division games in North Andover, MA and Metropolitan Division games in Altoona, PA.

I know it has been a while since we posted anything but we are here and working on the 2023-2024 Season. The schedule is on the website and we are getting rosters in from the teams now. We'll have those uploaded once they are reviewed and approved.

We had a great weekend of Playoff Hockey at the Flyers Training Center this past weekend. 13 teams competing in 3 different Divisions over 3 days. Thank you to all our teams, coaches, players and volunteers for a fantastic weekend, and season!

And Congratulations to the Northeast Passage Sled Hockey team for capturing the League Championship, the Central Vermont Pioneers won the Adult B Championship, and the Adult B TII Champions are the Bennett Blazers!

Due to a league mixup the Atlantic Games on Sunday the 23rd in CT are cancelled. I apologize for this inconvenience and hope to see everyone back on the ice next month in VT.

We have some Summer Ice for NESHL Players in August! If you live close to one of these locations all NESHL Players from the 2021-2022 Season are welcome to attend. These are open, joint team, practices.

Saturday August 6th from 11AM to 1PM at The Rinks at Exeter in Exeter, NH.

Saturday August 6th from 2PM to 3:50PM at Lou & Gib Reese Ice Arena in Newark, OH.

Saturday, August 13: 11:20am-1:20pm at Ice World in Abingdon, MD.

We hope to see many of you out for a summer workout!

Would you like to help the league next season? We are looking for individuals to participate on our Roster and Waiver Committee.

The Committee is typically busy from August to Sept and then it slows down. Most of the work will be through email but we will schedule weekly zoom calls in case they are needed.

Please contact me if you are interested in participating and I can give you the details of the role.

Would you like to add your profile picture next to your name when viewing the NESHL statistics?

If so, we are now accepting player profile pictures which we can put on the website next to your name, and statistics. Garren Powers will be managing the process for us and below is a picture of Garren that he posted on the website with his name/stats.

Teams, or individual players, can send in their profile pictures to [email protected].

The picture should be a head shot, or action shot, of the player only. All pictures submitted must include the players name, jersey number, and team. We will verify all pictures before posting them on the site.

The NESHL reserves the right to ask a player for another profile picture if we feel the one submitted is not the player or is offensive in any manner.

Players are not required to send in a picture if they do not want one posted.

Our website has all the scores from this past weekends Playoffs in NJ.

If you select "Playoffs" under "Schedule and Standings" you can select one of the Tournament groupings. Once there the Standings section displays the round-robin Standings, and the Brackets section displays the Semifinal and Final games. You can also review the other Tournament groupings by selecting the one you want in the "Division" menu.

You can only get to this section by selecting "Playoffs" first under "Schedule and Standings".

If you select "Standings" first under "Schedule and Standings" you will not be able to see the Brackets.

We had one winner, Dan Santos from NEP, of a new NESHL Sweatshirt last weekend for correctly naming all of the 2022 US Paralympic Sled Hockey Team members who have played in the NESHL.

The correct answer was 9 of the 17 have played. They are David Eustace, Declan Farmer, Noah Grove, Ralph DeQuebec, Josh Pauls, Josh Misiewicz, Kyle Zych, Jack Wallace, and Griffin LaMarre.
