Sure we have circle cutting jigs, but watching the Carbide 3D Shapeoko XXL is way more entertaining. We used a 1/4" @amanatool down cut bit from Toolstoday Router Bits and Saw Blades that gave a tear out free bottom edge that we will round over later. 👀 Look at @mr.andmrs.woodshop special blend of Blackdiamondpigments that we are calling Blue Steel. MAS Epoxies sure, we've tried some other epoxies but we keep coming back to y'all. We are in the home stretch to getting this 150 year old walnut slab into the mold. Since we had already made the short edges parallel, we needed to make a rip cut to bring the outside edges to 90 degrees. After that, it's a quick sanding of the WiseBond Deep Pour & Table Top Epoxy live edge seal to increase adhesion for the river pour. Then, it's time to dry fit and make sure the mold is perfectly level.
